Check in was very easy. Easy access from the main road. Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. One staff member was not so much. However the stay is a nice one. Breakfast was very satisfying. Checking out tomorrow but would stay here again. They should also have a rule on unaccompanied children in the breakfast area. Children shouldn't be using a hot waffle maker and making a mess of it. It is VERY DANGEROUS for youngsters. A parent or guardian should be with them at all times. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It's fine. I don't want to focus on the bad, because it was okay. Rooms pretty clean, breakfast included, pool available. The property is showing its age. Probably not a lot to do about that! *Sidebar- Whoever designed the curtains in any hotel that don't close is a Dumbo. Many chains do it, why?!? I want dark and privacy please. * It worked out for a last minute stay and the room was less than $100 ($89 with taxes & fees). I had to put down a $100 deposit at check in, too. Plenty of parking, close to everything you could need, elevator, etc.
Nice hotel. Helpful check in service. We had a issue with our room (had recently cleaned the carpet and odor was present). Clerk was very accommodating and gladly switched our room. Second room clean and comfortable. How someone responds when there is an issue is much more important then the importance of no issues. Good job y'all.
This hotel is definitely an unexpected treasure! I immediately felt comfortable as I acknowledged a man outside and realized he was the clerk. If you expect perfection I would suggest another place. If you appreciate diamonds in the rough get here! Awesome staff! You can tell they have pride in what they offer which is a comfortable stay at a great price. I've stayed in another hotel in this town several times. This however is definitely my new go to! Thank you AmericInn for a great end to a rough day!
Ok place... Manager was outstanding. Breakfast was middle of the road. A lot of broke stuff ice machine, soda machine, washer gave us trouble (manager dealt with for us) dryer took 3 cycles to dry small load and was not vented outside. Room was clean sheets white.. but room was just kinda tired.. staff all did great job.. hotel shows some age is all.. would stay again. Rooms were quiet
The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was open, clean and at a perfect temperature for swimming.
Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was great had fresh biscuits and gravy and the coffee was amazing. Housekeeping was super friendly and the kids enjoyed the pool. Location is close to everything with the hotel being 0.5 miles away from I-80. I will definitely be coming back.
The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. lots of hot or cold options ready at 6am. Tasty too. Rooms are basic but nice. I will definitely come back to this one. Right off Coral Ridge and across the street from a 24hr KUM N GO so it's in a perfect spot. Highly recommend. Killer breakfast tho. Just killllller!
